HMR Mustangs that meet the qualifying times have the option to participate in the Ponderosa Invitational and the All-Starts Invitational Meets the weekend after the Divisional Meet. Qualifying times are located in the Meet Attendance Book under the tab by the same name. There is a cost associated with participation as swimmers pay for the events they participate in. It is usually between $4-5 per event. These meets are held on Saturday, Sunday or both days. Information will be forthcoming in the newsletter and at the pool for those interested.

We will have the same team suit as last year. D & J Sports is the supplier for our team suit and any other swim team supplies you might need. D & J will be at practice on May 10th selling suits and supplies. If you would like to purchase your suit prior to that date, you can go directly to their store.  See Contact & Links for information. Remember that you shouldn't purchase a team suit until your child has been approved for the team if questionable. No refunds will be given on suits.

Individual and Team Photos will be taken on Saturday, May 14, 2011  beginning at 8:00 am prior to the team time trials

HMR Swim Team is a volunteer driven organization. We hope and expect that all parents will want to be involved in the team. All families must volunteer at least 3 meets throughout the season. Most jobs don't require any special training.

We are also in need of help with our Concessions.  It is customary for teams to provide a concession stand at home meets. We need someone to coordinate this effort and solicit parents or students to man the stand during the meet.  Let Lori know if you can help here, otherwise, we might not be able to host a concession at our home meets.
