Parents: Please remember that the baby pool is off limits to team members during practice. Lane 1 is left open each day for use by HMR Residents. No swim team members should be in the pool except during their practice time.

Practice will be held Monday - Thursday @ High Meadow Ranch Pool.

To enable the growth and development of the swimmers, the coaches have designed a practice schedule that will focus on stroke improvement and hands on teaching. Keeping in mind the busy schedules of swimmers and parents, try to attend every practice that you can. Please notify the coaches of on-going schedule conflicts.
